Regarding contact during the ongoing pandemic:

Things that can be solved via email or Facebook chat include:

  • General questions (about, for example, name tags, membership, SGS points, etc.).
  • Questions about whether we have a particular book and what it costs.
  • Activation of your Mecenat card / union ID for those with a Swedish social security number.

Things we can solve by phone:

  • General questions (for example name tags, membership, SGS points, etc).
  • Questions about whether we have a particular book and what it costs.
  • Activation of your Mecenat card / union ID for those with a Swedish social security number.
  • Questions about Mecenat for those who do not have a Swedish social security number.
  • Questions about payments or correction of membership and kick-off (inspark) fees.

Things you are welcome to put in the mailbox:

  • Questions with your contact information.
  • Forms you want to be signed.
  • Pre-signed forms and meeting minutes.

You are welcome to knock and we will open if there is not already a student inside the office. (We allow a maximum of one student at a time inside the door. Booked meetings are the exception.):

  • Get a name tag (if you have received an email that it has arrived, if not, call or email us).
  • Write your signature on forms or meeting minutes.
  • Pick up or drop off something you booked (for example iZettle reader).
  • You want to buy something.
  • You have another case that is not covered by the above examples.
