Why do you want to become a member of the union parliament?
“Throughout my studies I have been quite active in various parts of the student union and I feel that I know it well. Now after my 5th semester at university, I want to get to know it better and influence it further, so SAKS parliament is the natural step forward.”What makes you a good candidate to sit in the union parliament?
“My extensive experience of the union’s activities in combination with the work I did in MU and Sexet provides a good basis for making appropriate decisions regarding the sustainable continuation of activities. In addition, I am a fairly reflective and thoughtful person which I believe are qualities that can come in handy for a SAKS parliamentarian.”Do you have any issues close to your heart that you want to work on during the year?
“I would like to further support activities with programme integration as I believe that it is very beneficial for the academy and the atmosphere at the academy, but also by extension important for our future professional life. In addition, I would like to work to further to show the structure and components of the union, as I believe it is important for all students to feel engaged and included.”

Why do you want to become a member of the union parliament?
“I want to continue to be involved in the Corps, and would like to try to ‘link’ Odontologen with the other parts of Medicinareberget to create opportunities for a better education and study environment.”What makes you a good candidate to sit in the union parliament?
“I have been a part of the parliament during the current academic year, and therefore have previous experience of such commitment. I also have experience of other union activities within OUR (Odontological Education Council, sitting there as treasurer up to VT20), where our assignment is to conduct study supervision at Odontologen and to award the Odontology Medal of Honor, which is why I feel that I am a little more aware of how working conditions work and the challenges that currently affect students on both the Dentist and the rest of the Medicinareberget.”Do you have any issues close to your heart that you want to work on during the year?
“Linking the Odontologen with Medicinareberget. Sharing my experiences of monitoring the quality of education at Odontologen to the other parts of SAKS.”

Why do you want to become a member of the union parliament?
“I want to become a member of the union parliament because I think it is crucial to be involved in social dimensions such as the student union and political, cultural and intellectual movements. Whether we like it or not, we live in a society – and as students in an academic context – which controls and influences our plans and thoughts to a greater extent than we can sometimes understand, so it is crucial that we as students protect our independence and do everything possible to develop our own voice that we can use towards higher distances and in our the common quest to obtain the degree and take another step towards our life goals.”What makes you a good candidate to sit in the union parliament?
“Becoming a member of SAKS parliament is a great opportunity for me to manage my experiences in, among other things, the student union, in favour of the growth and continuation of the Sahlgrenska Academy. Student union, I have been a student representative (I still am) in five working groups through the Supervisory Board of Education. – I have simply been to a lot of meetings and built a contact network with professors and course leaders that allow me to channel students’ wishes and interests in environments where they can actually make a direct difference. In addition to my various student representative assignments, I have served as secretary for the 19/20 financial year. There, I was able to write 6 minutes, one debate article and one OMSiS protocol (Chair of the Convention for Medical Students in Sweden); an association between all the 7 educational councils, the most recent meeting that was in Gothenburg was what I was secretary at. I have on my own initiative meadow acted me student union and thus taught me how the student union bodies work in practice, how the student union permeates the university and how the various parts interact to get through motions. I am fit to sit in FUM because I have student union experience and a genuine interest in political and intellectual movements. In addition to my medical studies, I write everything from essays to poems and have had a number of articles published – it is just part of my artistic experience outside the academy and now I wish to use these experiences to enrich and improve the Sahlgrenska Academy for all students who are studying here now, or will do so in the future. “Do you have any issues close to your heart that you want to work on during the year?
“So far, I have not had a heart issue as I consciously made the effort not to limit myself to any specific issue or area – I do however feel that I have now been given a helicopter and micro perspective on the student union whereby I can address a heart issue that defines me and my possible work as a member of the parliament as my focus will be on creating an intellectually stimulating work environment that maintains high quality and makes students feel good. It is difficult to try to limit a person to just her consciousness, or just her name, or just its body.We are always our whole environment, including our inner soul life, and if the environments at the Sahlgrenska Academy as well as at the clinics are substandard, this is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. sciences created a questionnaire on the working environment for clinically placed medical students. that for the Council and I will now develop that work with the goal of creating a living communication channel between the students and those who can change the clinical environment in which we carry out our operational training. The Covid-19 Academy has put the clinical placements to a halt and being able to get back to an environment and a system that is not like the old, but better, is crucial for the continuing education of physicians and society without collapsing in the future. The works of art that were put up on the medicinal field during the previous year are a smaller example of something I think is good. But that is not enough – we must continue to take these crucial mini-steps to eventually create a future that holds the bar!”

Why do you want to become a member of the union parliament?
“Have been / are involved in a lot of union activities (IntrU, Columna, IdrU, Sex Elegance) which has made me more understanding of the importance of the processes going on in SAKS that the parliament takes a position on. In addition, I think it is good from a democratic perspective that the parliament consists of a large number of members with different perspectives, to which I hope to contribute.”What makes you a good candidate to sit in the union parliament?
“I have been a student for a while and have met many people through my study social commitments, which has given me more insight into how student life can be for different students who study in different programs. I am also quite pragmatic and want things to work in practice which I think is a great asset. Also think I’m pretty reasonable and kind, haha.”Do you have any issues close to your heart that you want to work on during the year?
“Decisions that directly or indirectly affect the members of the union and students of the school are my heart’s warmth. May admit that there may be a slight lean toward student life over education, but I also really think that it is important with educational issues, especially during these times (ex.) the number of student places is constantly being expanded and teaching is being digitised.”
